Indochino garments are made-to-order and delivered within 4-6 weeks via DHL.

Payment Safety

Indochino takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Indochino Gift Cards.

• What currency is used for transactions?

  CDN Dollars are used when shopping online within Canada (excluding Quebec) or in our Canadian showrooms. US Dollars are used when shopping online (within Quebec or anywhere else in the world) or in our American showrooms.

• Will there be sales tax on my order?

  If you live in California, DC, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington you will be charged applicable sales tax. If you live in Canada, you will be charged provincially applicable PST/HST/GST. If you live elsewhere, you will not be charged sales tax.

• Do you have gift cards?

  We sure do. Get One.

• How do I use my gift card?

  Enter the unique code on the back of your card (or in your email if you received an Email Gift Card) at checkout.

• Can I use two coupons at once?

  No, you can’t use two coupons at once, but you can use gift cards and coupons together.
